BDC-24 Dust extractor motors

The Blastrac® BDC-24 heavy-duty dust collection system is relatively quiet and designed for multi-purpose use with small shot blasters and scarifiers, and most medium sized grinding and polishing machines. Suitable for commercial use, in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices and apartments.  The compact vertical and ergonomic profile offers great maneuverability with large wheels and swiveling/locking casters. The BDC-24 also features easily accessible components for care and maintenance.

Tough, damage resistant and built mainly of steel, the BDC-24 is constructed for commercial use. The dust-bin quickly dismounts. The wheels make for easy disposal of its 26.4 gal. capacity. Three, independent motors produce a maximum air flow of 286 cfm, with a maximum static pressure of 84.7. The fully automatic, air-pulse cleaning system helps ensure long life to easily replaced filters.

An advanced unit, the BDC-24 helps eliminate most all of the airborne dust and particulate generated while blasting, scarifying, grinding or polishing. The BDC-24 is equipped with a wheeled dust-bin that dismounts smoothly for quick debris disposal and with a capacity of 143 lbs. make those efforts infrequent.
