REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Superior Scrapers Refund & Return Policy
For Parts, Tooling & Consumables:
We offer a 30 day return policy. You are responsible to cover the shipping charges to get the item back to our warehouse and there is a 20% restocking fee unless it was shipped in error by one of our representatives. All returns must have an RMA # and prior authorization before they are shipped back.
“Equipment” is defined as any item larger than a handheld tool and comes with a 10 day return policy. Items need to be in the original packaging and show no signs use. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Client is required to cover return shipping fees. All New “Equipment” comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and consumer is required to contact Superior Scrapers & Grinders first to facilitate getting the repair/replacement parts but ultimate decision on if its covered under warranty is up to the manufacture.
Items Received Damaged:
Shipping does have some risk of damage and to help us assist you in getting the item repaired or replaced as soon as possible we require you notify us with in 24 hours of receiving the item and request when possible to make notations on shipping paperwork and provide pictures of the damage.
